About Sheree Hemminger, ABR® SRES®

Sheree Hemminger is a Realtor® with Key Realty serving homebuyers and sellers throughout Northwest Ohio, with a particular focus on Seneca, Hancock, Wyandot, and Wood Counties, and the communities of Tiffin, Findlay, Fostoria and surrounding areas.

With multiple years of experience in real estate, Sheree helps buyers and sellers navigate the purchase and sale of residential property with honest advice, clear, communication, and knowledgeable guidance. She believes that buying or selling a home should not feel overwhelming, and she takes the time to explain the process, answer questions, and help her clients make informed decisions.

Sheree is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), a designation earned through The National Association of Realtors, with specialized training in the real estate needs of adults age 50 and older.

Her passion for helping seniors began long before she became a Realtor®. Sheree spent her entire healthcare career working with older adults, helping seniors achieve healthier, happier lives. That experience continues to shape the way she serves her real estate clients today. She understands that a move later in life is often about much more than selling a house. It can involve family, memories, changing needs, finances, and planning for the next chapter. 

Sheree specializes in helping seniors and their families with downsizing, selling a longtime family home, relocating, moving closer to family, and transitioning to independent living, assisted-living, or other senior care settings. She also understands the unique challenges adult children may face when helping a parent make these decisions.

Her approach is simple: listen first, explain the options, create a plan, and help take some of the weight off her  client’s shoulders. Sheree connects clients with trusted local professionals and resources were needed, including lenders, home, inspectors, contractors, movers, and estate sale, professional professionals, helping make the entire transition, more manageable.

Sheree‘s connection to real estate began early. She grew up in a family that built homes, giving her an understanding of houses and construction from the inside out. Today she combines that background with her healthcare experience, real estate, knowledge, and genuine care for people.
